Pool Rules 2010 (Must read all way to bottom)
April 2010

Dear Homeowners:

Enclosed with this letter is information about the 2010 Legend Oaks pool season. The new schedule and the rules are included. Please take a moment to review the rules and be sure to share the information with your children. The following acknowlegdement may either be a)agreed to at the bottom of the page, or b)signed and sent in via USPS. All members whose accounts are not in good standing will not be allowed to use the pool. The Board has set April 15th as the opening day of the pool and October 10th as closing day.

An electronic key is needed to access the pool and this year all keys are required to be re-activated. If you do not have an electronic key(s) they will be available for purchase. Keys are $25.00. A signed pool use agreement is needed prior to issuing a key.

Following are instructions on how to use the key: Simply pass the key over the reader, holding the key flat against the tag reader. The red light will turn green. Then you may open the gate. The door will not be able to be propped open, or after 30 seconds an audible alarm will go off. The key tag will also be required for exiting the pool enclosure. For security reasons, do not allow unknown persons to follow you through the gate. The gate's alarm will auto-set each evening and your key will cease to operate the gate. If you are locked in and require assistance to unlock the gate, you will be billed a $75.00 fee.

Of most importance to note: there will be no lifeguards on duty at any time during the 2010 pool season, and absolutely no one under 18 shall use the pool unattended by their parent. Private parties require a minimum of two (2) lifeguards at the owner’s expense that is hosting the party. Please make special note of our private parties rules.

Should you have any questions please contact Pioneer Real Estate Services at 512-447-4496.

We hope you have a fun and safe summer!

Yours truly, The Board of Directors Legend Oaks Owners Association
