Legend Oaks is a 353 home development that has been established for over 20 years. The community of Legend Oaks is intended by its residents to embody high quality standards in single family detached housing. The Board of Directors is committed to upholding these attributes and intentions.

The tasks of late have included a renovation of the pool, including new bond beam construction and surfacing, as well as a new filtration system for the kid's pool. A new air circulation system for the cabana facilities is currently being installed.

Current and ongoing renovations include the playscape and surrounding common area.

Future renovations include resurfacing the tennis courts, attending to brick fences surrounding our property and replacing filtration in the main pool.

The architectural guidelines set forth in 1992 are also up for review. The board has taken it upon themselves to revise certain guidelines that many in the community have considered to be out of date. The main focus being the rule of what material can be used for siding. The current rules allow only wood, but we have a strong demand for cement-board, commercial name "Hardi Plank". Any changes to the restrictions, covenants and guidelines will be recommended for a vote at the annual membership meeting.

Board of Directors meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm. Requests to be placed on the agenda should be done through Judy Phelps at Pioneer Property Management.
