Annual Association Meeting
| Last year's annual Association meeting was October 28 at the pool cabana. 39 owners plus 7 board members were in attendance, with 30 members giving their proxy to attending owners. Three seats were up for election this year. Re-elected were Paul Schilly and Randal Pitts, with Debby Keese as the new member of the board. New architectural guidelines have been put in place and will be posted on the site in March. |

Starting a Neighborhood Watch Progam
| Due to the recent activity involving vandalism, many in the community have expressed interest in a neighborhood watch program. Information on starting a watch program can be found by following this link:
